Good morning everyone,
Hope you are all ok and working hard !The weather is a bit better today and normally we would have PE on a Wednesday so I would like you to try some of the activities I have set on your timetables. Get out in the garden and do some exercise ! Exercise is really important for our mental health, It can help us so much when we are worried or stressed or just feeling a bit fed up! Have a go and take some photos if you like. you can send them to me and show me all the wonderful things you have been doing ! Have fun!
