Good morning everyone, hope you are all ok !
This week is mental health awareness week and the theme is ‘express yourself’ Expressing yourself is about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts or ideas, through art, music, writing, poetry, sports- anything that makes you feel good. I like to express myself by going on long walks and getting lots of fresh air. What do you like to do ?
